Namaste, Kia Ora! My name is Anuradha Kanchireddy. I migrated from India with my husband and son in 2002. I have 16 years of New Zealand teaching experience and worked in different levels with different age groups of children. My teaching philosophy : I believe children are born with wings, teachers are there to support them to fly. I strongly believe that each child is unique in their learning and development, they also come with special aspirations and knowledge, as a Kaiako my responsibility is to value and support them to aspire their aspirations. I am looking forward to meeting the whanau and tamariki and hope I will make treasured relationships with Grace Christian community preschool whanau.
